How did these programs work?

By chance I just saw that some apps in the task manager were eating up performance. The problem is: I NEVER used Skype, nor the "Xbox Game bar" or "your smartphone". So how can it be that these programs have used more than 7 hours (!) Of CPU power and over 100 mbits / s?

What does "these programs" mean? It's just skype.

The other programs have almost not used up, because you can see that these are the data from a whole month.

I don't have such a problem with skype, you can uninstall it.

Yes, skype is obviously running.

Otherwise it wouldn't be there.

Why don't you uninstall it when you're not using it?

I didn't run it though and I would like to know how it could run itself since it isn't listed in the Auto Start menu either

In windows 10 this runs by default. You will automatically be logged into Skype with your microsoft account.

My pc didn't only run for 8 hours, that's weird

As already said, Skype is an application that always runs by default. There's a setting somewhere in Windows where you can see which apps are running when the system is started. If in doubt, simply uninstall Skype. Has been announced anyway and will be replaced by MS Teams in the near future.

That's why I deactivated Skype in the Task Manager> Autostart.

If you have a Microsoft account, you are probably signed into Skype. - Sign out.

As long as Skype doesn't show up in the running processes, I wouldn't be particularly interested.

If you want to remove Skype, go to "Settings> Apps> Apps and Features" and uninstall the Skype app.

I don't think you understand what CPU time is. One hour means 100% CPU utilization for one hour, or 1% utilization for 80 hours.
