GTA 5 problem ejection?

Eve,

I have had the problem for a few days that I'm thrown out in GTA 5 Online on the grounds: Unknown network error or disconnection from Xbox Live. I know that Vodafon / Unitymedia have been having problems for a few days, just wanted to know if others are?
Our router is from Unitymedia.
I play over LAN cable. If I get kicked out, will I still have Wi-Fi on my cell phone?
