I gave my friend the Beyerdynamic MMX 300 and the Astro mixamp TR to play for the XBox One.
Now the following problem:
When he puts the headset on Mixamp and speaks in group chat, his friends understand him very badly, as if he had his hand over his mouth.
If he connects the headset directly to the controller everything is fine.
But of course he wants to play with the Mixamp to get more sound from the game from the headset…
Does anyone have the Mixamp? Maybe the Beyerdynamic MMX 300? And could vilt give me some tuning tips?
It seems there's something wrong with the MixAmp, I'd contact Astro's customer service.
I do not know about consoles, but can't he just connect the microphone directly to the console and the headphones to the Mixamp?
