Whenever I want to insert a disc into the drive of my Xbox One S, the disc is accepted, but it remains stuck while it is being pulled in. Then I have to keep pushing. What can I do?
It may help to clean the drive, it may be that the feed mechanism is dirty and no longer grips properly.
