Is my Xbox one X broken?

I have had the Xbox one X for about a week. Now it has happened a few times that the console has switched off a few times when I start a game (F1 2018) or only closes the game. Furthermore, it makes strange fan noise (irregularly loud and strange sound)

Can someone tell me if something is wrong or if you can overload the console from playing too much?

So when she is a week old, it can't be 100% that the Xbox makes loud noises etc. This would be normal after a few years because e.g. Too much dust collects on it. I would definitely exchange the Xbox if that's possible. I guess the Xbox has an error or is broken. Isn't the first time that a console is broken.

OK thanks, so it sounds pretty loud as I said and is irregularly loud and always makes different noises
