I recently got Minecraft for MacOS and borrowed an Xbox Controller from a friend. Now I downloaded an associated driver from the internet. It all works perfectly even if I can set the controller in the system settings it can work all the buttons. But as soon as I want to play Minecraft, it does not work. I also tried on Minecraft in the settings to change the keyboard shortcuts but it does not work. I urgently need help on the internet is nothing

I'm currently not sure, but I believe Minecraft PC version does not provide controller support. Believe in LabyMod there's an addon for it.
Therefore, Microsoft and Apple are competitors, their devices do not even for the devices of the competitor compatible. But you may find a driver on the Internet that allows you to do that. But only out of interest: Why on the MacBook with Controler? Keyboard + mouse is much more pleasant
