TV and console spin?

My TV started to turn up and down automatically, to open the settings, to change the source, to turn it on and off, and so on. A little later my Xbox One started to automatically open the menu and switch off and on… The remote control I've ever taken out the batteries it goes on trptzdem. I had my guess only on the HDMI cable because both began to spin at the same time but after I had changed it went for a few hours but then started again later… Can someone help me?
