Did not find anything on the net.

Can you also use an xbox one controller for pc with the console itself? Or do I have to buy a second one extra?

There's no "XBox Controller" for the PC.

An Xbox controller is an Xbox controller and you can use it on the console and on the PC.

Pure PC controllers can't be used on the XBox.

Ah well thought there's always a difference because of the wireless stick that is included

It is only intended for using the controller on the PC. New generation controllers have Bluetooth, so you don't need that anymore, but you had to connect the old controllers differently - e.g. Over such a wireless stick.
