Xbox live settings?

I bought the Minecraft Java Edition and had to do this via my Microsoft account. That wasn't a problem either, but this is connected to my Xbox live account. Now I can't use the multiplayer mode. I know which settings I have to change on Xbox live. However, I don't have an Xbox and there's no other way to change the settings. Hope someone can help me
