Which Bluetooth adapter (Xbox)?

I might want to get a Bluetooth adapter for my Xbox One controller soon (I didn't install a Bluetooth adapter in the PC). I do not know if there's a cheaper version because I can only use the stick for the controller. Are there other variants that also work for headphones and the like, in the same price segment?
