PS4 connect to the monitor?

I have tried everything I have a dell e2316h monitor there's no picture it says "from your pc is no signal" but it comes a signal from the ps4 and I've already tried an Xbox One there to connect it worked but ps4 not. I have the PS4 the same resolution as the Xbox set but still no bild.dann I went in safe mode to make there change resolution but still black picture. The cable is an HDMI cable with an adapter to VGA

The problem might be that you may have an adapter (converter) from VGA to HDMI but not from HDMI to VGA

But with the Xbox One it works
