Just watched a few videos related to the next gen consoles.
And the PS5 was found to run faster than the Microsoft console.
But why? I do not understand that. In theory, the xbox should be faster, or not?
PS. Who the hell came up with that name? "Xbox Series X". Maybe too long. XD
On paper, the XBox should actually be a bit faster in most scenarios. I was surprised myself when the first extensive tests showed that the PS5 is practically on par in most games and even scores significantly better in some.
Either there are differences that can't be read directly from the data sheet, or the games on the XBox are less optimized. The future will show.
The performance of consoles always depends on their specifications and the optimizations of the individual games.
The Xbox-SX has better hardware components than the PS5, but some games run better on the PS5 due to optimization errors or things like screen tearing, unstable frame rates or poor graphics.
Xbox Series X = 11 characters

With Valhalla and Watch Dogs it is clear that the developers got the developer kits relatively late compared to the PS5.
Since the Series X has a new and presumably more powerful architecture, they and certainly others have simply not been able to use the existing potential sufficiently.
So it will take a while before the Series X can show its potential sufficiently.
