The last few days have always had problems playing online on the xBox One and by doing some research it was probably due to the NAT type, which was not open to me. According to various websites I should change what the port setting on the router, I now have a sequence of numbers in the router settings (TCP: 53, 80, 3074
UDP: 53, 88, 500, 3074, 3544, 4500) entered when redirecting port and Zack did everything.
But since I didn't understand what I was doing, I wanted to ask what exactly happened and what is a NAT type.
You obviously don't have a DSL internet line. You will most likely be using cell phone.
The NAT type indicates the type of network address translation.
I use cellular and I have a nat-strict, but online gaming is like 1. Only a few games (Ace Combat 7 with players from far away, or Mud-Runner) goofing around, but it's probably more of a problem (I just can't think of what it's called, something with udhp or something…)
I have a 100k fiber optic line. O.o.
Believe that was UPNP, but the Telekom router does not support it, for 'security reasons'. That's why it was on the Internet that I should do this with the ports.
