Connect microphone to Xbox?

I try to connect a microphone to the Xbox One, but the device is not recognized by the console. How can that be and how do I fix it?

Microphone: Rode NT1-A

Mixer: Renkforce MX 0103USB

The X Box does not support phantom power from a condenser microphone

but there are power adapters for the + 48 Volt power supply
