Moin people, I bought the Xbox one x and actually only play Warzone and Cold War. Now I'm wondering whether, from a gaming point of view, I should rather play on my monitor, which has no 4K, but only Full HD, or on my TV, which has 4K. It is always recommended to play on a monitor. What do you all mean?
I'd rather play it on the monitor. With a television you would have to sit further away to have the same field of view. But then some details are lost. So for my eyes it's better: smaller screen but close. At least with shooter
Yes, I think so too, but I wonder if I can see the difference in the graphics
That was the case with the tube televisions and monitors. TV had fewer picture points. E.g. 480p 30 inch… And monitors had 720p there. 17 inch.
Most of the new TVs have HRD. 60 - 120 hz. 2K… 4K. 8K.
There are hardly any monitors that are better than a TV. Everything was switched from analog to digital.
Monitor used to be advantageous because of broadcasting fees. Better because of tube technology.
That was 20 years ago. Monitors had a higher resolution and more images per second. The new HD televisions all have a connection for a PC. HDMI is 2.1 is much better.
I mean it like this: If I don't see any difference in the two variants, I would stick with the monitor because it is clearer, but if it looks a lot better on the TV, then I would think again. So the question is, can I still play it on the monitor, or does it look much worse in comparison?
