You can't play the games between the platforms, there's no crossplay, the Ps4 controller is not compatible with Pc's and the Playstation games can all be played on the PC.

The PS4 because of the exclusives, which are almost all single players anyway, the Dualshock 4 is compatible with the PC (DS4 Windows makes this possible). All XBOX "exclusives" are also available for the PC and PS4 exclusives are only available on the PS4
