Faster updates?

I set up my PC today and now I have to install all the games. Before that I had an xbox one s and could do updates with around 10 mb / s. Now on my PC, however, only with max 1.5 mb / s and my PC is alone on the Internet what's going on?

At pcs the updates are much bigger and if it's a bad computer it can be because of it
