Xbox live movies to download?

Hello the headline says I wanted to know are the films you buy in the Xbox marketplace to download or stream. I never bought a film there.

You can pay for it with Microsoft credit, PayPal or credit card.

Optionally, you just borrow it and it will be streamed.

Or you buy a film. You can then download it on Taplet or PC with Windows. I don't know if that's also the case on the console.
