I hope you understand the question and know that I mean everything except playing games.

with the One S and X you can watch videos, films digital / Bluray in real 4K.

while the One S is more a lower performing PS4 Pro that can also scale 4K, the One X is well equipped with real 4K. But you also need games that offer real 4K and not scale up.

When I last pressed it, it said that I'm online, but never set anything. Maybe the predecessor?

I also bought Forza on Xbox.
can I play it on PC?

At stream I don't exactly know, with the greatest probability you will probably need external hardware, if not a PC.

For games like Forza, I don't know which part you mean - Forza Motorsport 7 and Forza Horizon 4 are Play Anywhere titles.
