Gta broken online?

Hi, I play gta online on Xbox 360 and the latest ls custom is gone on the map and I can't get in either, I can't get in any more in apartments except where I spawn, there are no planes spawn at the airport, pegasus and the mechanics are also no longer on my cell phone, i'm only on level 1 although i have 40,000 rp or so, the only things on my card are races, car wash, ammunition and rides. I'm scared that I was hacked or something
