Are there games for the Xbox that are not necessarily FPS but still have a large community? I used to Played World of Tanks and there were min. 100 Ts3 server and you met a lot of new people… So what do I want to play again if you understand what I mean. Have for that reason already considered whether I start playing WoT again but I remembered how unfair the game is…

Yes I know but I always have that feeling of nostalgia when I think back to the times eo I was on the laptop on ts online and gambled on Xbox
No idea which games have a big community. Maybe Forza, because you exclude FPS.
What I do know is that World of Tanks is just as unfair to you as it is to your opponent. So what!
I play WoT on the box since the 360 release and still think it's awesome. If you can and therefore understood correctly there's nothing unfair. Or at least as balanced as any other multiplayer title with a competitive character.
