Other purchase option for Forza?

I would very much like to play Forza Horizon 4 on the PC, but I get an error message (0x405) as soon as I start the XBox program… So I ask myself: is there another way to play Forza Horizon?

To put the question perhaps better: Is it worth it to buy Forza if I do not have access to the Xbox app?

The XBox apps spanking around, is the Tedero filter in the wireless router already off? He has to play so that you can play online. You can check this in the XBox app under Network Settings.
