I have 2 monitors, a pc and an xbox one x. I would like to have Windows running on both monitors. Still, I want to play Xbox. You could of course solve the whole thing with an HDMI switch or something similar. But I would like the xbox as a window in windows. As if it were a program. I know that you can solve this with the xbox app if you stream the xbox to the pc via Wi-Fi. The problem is that I don't want to paralyze the whole Wi-Fi in the house. Is that also possible via a LAN connection from pc and xbox? Or is there another option?
thanks for any approaches to this very specific problem
I found something here
When I read https://support.xbox.com/...panion-app it seems to work.
I haven't tried it myself!
In the Internet you should then download the program Wireless Display on the Xbox, and then connect… But here is the link: https://www.google.de/...70732/amp/
It could work on the television
Mm, but unfortunately only possible over Wi-Fi. I didn't want that, because then everything collapses. Is there also a cable option?
Is unfortunately over Wi-Fi
