If I set the resolution to 1440p with my Xbox, then this works only with 60hz and not with 120hz. But my monitor (Optix MAG27CQ 144hz) should do the eig? Is there anybody who knows?
On consoles you can't change the FPS.
Not a single game on the Xbox runs at more than 60FPS. So anyway

The frames have nothing to do with the repetition rate of a TV or monitor in Herz.
You should already know the difference between Hz and FpS if one thinks that you have to give unqualified answers to your technical genius.
For some games, however, the frames have nothing to do with the heart rates in the image display. These are two different pairs of shoes.
