GTA V hangs in the loading screen and sessions don't load at all, what to do?

I currently play GTA V on Xbox One with my brother, the game I purchased as a download, I now have the following 2 problems:

1. When I start the game and immediately want to go into online mode, it hangs up in the course of the "initial loading screen" (the one with the drawn pictures by Franklin, Micheal and co.) (The sound has a hang inside and the picture doesn't work more next)

2. If I want to switch to online mode via story mode, on the one hand my brother can't join on the other hand he can't join me in all possible forms of lobbies and in all possible ways.

Yes, unfortunately I have no other choice if I want to play online on the xbox.

I know many who have the same problem, maybe the servers are down, so you can't do anything
