Hello Popöchen, I try it all the time now to connect my system with the Xbox One S, currently I have the aux cable on the controller's turn and so have sound but is a bit awkward, so my question, how do I connect both things? I've already tried it on TV headphone output, and the headphone output from my Xbox also brings 0 something, thanks for any answer.

Your plant has only AUX? Not exactly the most modern version.
The sound is transmitted via both HDMI and optical cable. If your second option does not have to pick up only the sound from the TV on the system.
I ordered one with optical audio cable, then I think would work on the Xbox
