I bought a new Xbox One S for Christmas, there was an invoice. Now after 3 months the jack connection is broken. My friend had the same problem with his S and dipped the controller 3 times in total. He said that they send the controller away at Media Markt for repairs, and that takes 2 weeks. But I don't have a second controller so that wouldn't work. Can I just say that I want a new one and if they say no, just switch the whole Xbox?
