I'm generally not against Google having my data, I have accepted the terms and conditions. Now Artimel came to Netflix series on my mobile phone more often on Google News, but the Betflix account has a completely different email and I look on a completely different device (Xbox). I never believed that, but does Google record sound? How else were they supposed to get this information?
I think so. Videos on YouTube have been suggested to me many times after I talked about a specific topic and spoke ONLY.
I already had something like that. But I rather think that Google can now predict my thoughts.
Netflix may sell user data to Google. Google then compares which devices are dialing in via the same Internet connection and counts 1&1 together.
Maybe you just watch the mainstream stuff and it's pure coincidence.
Or by reading through these articles, Google remembers what you stand for and then suggests more accordingly.
