The following situation: Unfortunately I no longer have access to my EA account and the associated email has been deleted. That's why I contacted EA Support. This sent me to a specialist and I had to fill out a form to restore my account. As requested by EA, I have given as much information as possible to prove that I'm the owner of the account (IP address, screenshots and recordings from my PS4, private account information, etc…). But that was not enough. The EA specialist said that the information is not sufficient and that I should send more information. The problem is that I didn't know what information. So I wrote back what kind of information I can send them for verification.
Then my case was closed just like that. I just feel fooled.
Therefore the question here: Did you have experience with it and do you know a possible solution? Can I maybe separate my EA account from the PSN from my PS4 and then create a new EA account?
I would like to thank anyone who has read this far and if anyone has an idea, I would be very grateful!
Your stranger4447!
If that works with separating accounts, I would recommend this method. Better than fretting around there.
In my experience the € A support is really the worst ever. Nowhere else have I had to wait so long and write so often when I have had a problem. Above all, people like to be answered with standard answers, no matter how exactly you describe your problem and mention what you have already tried.
I once had to call because of a problem and then had an Indian on the phone who could neither speak German nor fluent English. Judging by the quality of the line, it probably actually sat in India. I then tried to provide an approximately 20-digit player ID consisting of numbers as well as upper and lower case letters. I spoke on the phone for almost 2 1/2 hours, of which I was on hold for about 1 1/2 hours. I'm still traumatized today.
Thanks a lot. Knowing that I'm not the only one with EA problems gives me great relief. Do you have a tip about my situation?
