Xbox Live 0x8015DC0B error code?

I can no longer log in to my Xbox account (Pc) the error code is 0x8015DC0B, I googled a bit and the code is supposed to say that Xbox Live is no longer available in this region.

PS: I live in Northern Germany

Go to Settings, then to Apps and then find the Xbox app, click on advanced options and then do a reset and exit there. If the error still occurs, then reinstall the app.

Habs fixed, had to do with the Torpedo Server
