How do I get this error message away?

Hello everybody. When I connected my 360 to the internet and then I tried to log on to Xbox live and to my Microsoft account. I then deleted my profile in order to download it again. I then created a new profile to get my main profile back. This error message comes again and again! I have an account with Microsoft and xbox live! Have already looked at https://account.live.com/...t.live.com, but everything still tries error message. Can you help me? I have a free Microsoftko and live. Everything was normal last weekend.

Maybe the servers were turned off? The XBox 360 is already very old.
