I think it would be great if the Minecraft Pocket Edition data from my tablet and my mobile phone were automatically synchronized in the background, so that I always have the same worlds on both devices. Is that possible? Both devices are already connected to my Xbox account, if that helps.

Just log in with your XBox account.
Then you have all your skins, but you can't restore the worlds and servers.
You then have to add them again.
