I have an Xbox One that I like to play FIFA 20 with a lot. Recently, however, I have the problem that I can no longer press anything and the players always sprint in the same direction, even though I don't do anything. Does anyone know why?

I'm not a FIFA player and therefore do not know how sprinting is activated there, but I still try to help.
First try to recalibrate the controller. Say connect to Xbox again.
Next, check the console settings to see if there's an update for your controller.
If all of this doesn't help, I guess simple and natural wear. Then only a new purchase helps.
