4K is not important to me, nor are the exclusives, as my friends all play PC. Which console would you buy?
If the exclusive titles and 4K are not important to you, I would take the Xbox just because of the GamePass.
What you get there's really great and PS Now does not come into it either.
You're right, since I won't buy a 4K monitor anyway, the 100 euro would be more money wasted. In the end I only play the current Assassins Creed, Pubg and similar games
Without 4k and an exclusive title, the PS5 simply has no advantage, but has no GamePass and is more expensive.
