Xbox one s disc reader is weird?

Hello So my problem is that if I want to get out of my xbox one s cd, it comes out but goes back on its own if I still pull it off but the disc reader continues to rotate without cd then I always have to pull out the cable someone also has this problem Do you have to wait until the cd commplett is outside or until it stops spinning or both? I honestly have no idea
