I have been using an Xbox One for years and have fun with it but I want to go slowly in the direction of the PC so gaming PC only I do not dare to ask my mother for a PC because this can cost around 1000 euro. I'm not this guy who always spends a lot of money but I only buy games for the Xbox so always 30-60 euro and that's why someone can help me as I can ask my parents because I don't trust myself.
You can also get an acceptable gaming PC for 700 euro (do it yourself), which makes persuading easier
And you can still argue that games are cheaper and that it costs nothing to play online every month
