Old games are crashing on Xbox Series x?

I have an Xbox Series X and wanted to play Call of Duty Black Ops 2 and GTA 4 from the 360 version. Now I start the game and it closes again after exactly 2 seconds. Normal Xbox One games work fine.

I urgently ask for help.

I don't think it could be because it's the 360 version. It should run like anything else.
