Everything was packed and they just had to pick it up and bring it back
But they left a lot behind, personal pictures, wall paintings, a carpet, my rabbit stable, my sofa, my xbox.
Who is responsible for it now, please?!
I don't have a car and no way to get things.
I paid 1300 euro and now have to spend about as much again for the things that I no longer have.
First call there and ask what's going on. Was it all in a pile somewhere or should you take the pictures off the wall etc? Do you have something in writing?

The moving company still has to bring some money.

If it was agreed that the entire contents of the apartment were included, then they did not work according to the contract. Then request the subsequent delivery at their expense and write at the same time that if this or their possible refusal should incur additional costs (e.g. Commissioning a replacement delivery service or claims from the previous landlord or possibly also legal fees), you will of course inform them Invoice.
But as I said: make sure to check the content of the contract before (!) If a specific loading volume was agreed in it, it could be that they (possibly rightly) claim that there was simply more furniture etc. For transport than was contractually agreed and they therefore left / had to leave it there.
Well, obviously not a very serious company. I also find the price far too cheap. If the contract stipulated that everything was to be transported, you can claim the extra costs. If they refuse, the only way to go is to see a lawyer. But if (at the price to be assumed) you are dealing with someone who thinks you can play moving companies with a truck and a few buddies, then there will be nothing to be gained.
