Terraria: part of the game is not part of the screen?

I play on an xbox one s. I initially thought my TV was too small, but when I hooked up my xbox one s to a larger TV, it was the same as the small TV: part of the game is outside the screen's security. Is it like that for many or do you have to adjust something.

Did you synonymous the screen scaling or The Resolution set correctly? Just because you connect to another monitor, nothing changes!
