Report people to Xbox?

Just opened a chat that is already a year old and the guy who wrote to me insulted me. I don't know why, because it's been a year. I don't care about the insult, but I just want him to get the highest possible punishment for it. So I would like to know if you can submit pictures somewhere, which will then be processed by Microsoft Support. I just want him to be really picked up.

These are the insults. Like I said, I just want me to be able to pick it up with Microsoft support.
