Crusader Kings 3 not working?

I have had a bug with Crusader Kings 3 for a long time and the support did not give me a good solution, so I thought maybe you can help me, namely I downloaded the game with the xBox GamePass for the PC and it now has no access on the game files so I can't play

You need to change the game directory to read & write. It's likely to be write only.

How and where do I do it?

So on release it is actually read / write

I'm not sure about that, I'm also not sure whether I looked up the folder when I set it up. Where is the folder where I can set that?

I don't have it on steam but via game pass
