Reach Xbox support, but how?

Have a problem with the app xbox insider hub, wanted to write to the support but you can't select the app exactly so how can I contact support via chat and what should I choose

Hopefully you are not like Google, because there's no contact! It is clear with billions of accounts that it is impossible.
