Now stick the A and X button. I have already done window cleaner in the spaces… Short works but also after 5 hours, everything sticks again…

Really that is neatly clean I would actually advise to open. Is not that hard on the Xbox one controller. When the complete electronics are removed, the housing can be placed in the dishwasher and the buttons with a wash bag (or packed in a sock) in the washing machine. After assembly, the controller is like new again.
If the electronics sticks helps here a Q tip with alcohol.
