My new X-Box Wireless Controller connects to my PC via bluetooth, but does it still not work?

I ordered a new X-Box wireless controller and wanted to connect it to my PC via bluetooth. Everything went quite normally, the controller lit up continuously at the end and the PC said that it was connected. However, when I try to press the x button or use the controller in a game, the controller does not respond and nothing works.

I then connected the controller to another PC via bluetooth, so I had no problems, that means the problem must definitely be with my computer, but even with tens of thousands of help tips on the Xbox support site, I couldn't solve the problem and ask for an E E-mail, telephone or chat support are now too nice at Microsoft, so I couldn't achieve anything

Do you have a screenshot for it?

Would it be possible you installed a wireless card on the affected PC? Or do you do that with a bluetooth dongle?

MS 'support concept: People who need help and are frustrated write in forums where others need help and are frustrated to help.

And I'm often frustrated too.

Are your XBox apps running in the background? I don't know which one is needed, but there should be the XBox, XBox Console Companion, XBox one SmartGlass, and the XBox GameBar. But I think the GameBar is the one that also takes care of the controller.

The controller has already been installed and recognized, it seems.

I have never gambled anything on my laptop and it worked perfectly without me having to install anything. But I can still see if I can see which programs are open on my PC that could have something to do with the controller. What I noticed, however, is that the controller is also not recognized in the Xbox Accessories program on my PC

Of what exactly would a screenshot be good? But I can upload a few

Then go to the device manager and uninstall the driver from the controller, then restart, then reconnect and, if necessary, look for changed hardware in the device manager. Drivers are installed separately after connection

Can't you operate anything under Windows either?
