Fallout 76 Wastelanders memory data?

From 14.4.20 Wastelanders will appear. You can just link the Bethesda account with the Steam account to get Fallout 76 on Steam.

Will it be like this if I go from point A to point B on the PC ingame and I continue to play on Xbox that I also start at point B?

Fallout is such a snot… P2w and. The pvp is a waste dump. It doesn't even have crosssave, so it doesn't work.
