From the overall package, definitely the Xbox. From a performance point of view, as e.g. AC Odyssey runs at 4K @ 60Hz, on the PS5 only at 30Hz. Excusives like Spiderman also only run on 4K @ 30Hz, which corresponds to the technical standard of the Xbox One X.

Especially the more comprehensive gadgets like the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate & the compatibility with the PC make the Xbox Series X a more worthwhile console for the first time. The last gens it was the other way around.
