How much extra charge will you incur if you import a bluray from the United States?

I would like to buy the Game of Thrones limited collector's edition from Amazon.com via Amazon.com. In Germany it just costs 380 euro and so only $ 200. How many extra fees are there? And does the product have a region number? Would like to see it on my German xbox one s.

+ Shipping costs

+ 19% EUst on purchase price & shipping costs

+ possibly fees of the parcel service provider

But the region code is probably a problem.
