Have the problem that when I connect my headset to the Xbox controller, the sound does not run on the headset or the mic does not work and I can't figure out what it is.

Normally you have to connect the headset extra. When I connect my headset to my PS4 on the controller, I ONLY have the sound, the MIC is permanently muted.

Please show what you have for a headset.

And a Hunterspider headset. Both headsets were connected and the Ear Force Headset did not work until now, and the Hunterspider headset is not recognized.
