Xbox one s games playable on xbox series?

Would like to know whether the digital content will also be playable on the new one?
In other words, if I bought the games on the Xbox one s beforehand.

Yes you can. Series S / X are backwards compatible. You can also use all digital content (and discs) on the new console. 👍🏻

You can play all of your purchased games, whether digital version or as a disc version, on the new XBOX series at no additional cost. The only prerequisites are that you log in to the new console with the same Microsoft | Xbox account.
