Xbox One doesn't connect to Xbox Live?

My problem looks like this and I just can't get any further. I tried all day yesterday to get it done.

My Xbox One is connected to the WLAN via the Fritzbox, I can play normally. But when I start 360 games I get the message that my Xbox Live is not getting connected, so I can't save anything. The funny thing is that my friend's Xbox on the same network via LAN has absolutely no problems with it.

I think that is due to some setting of the Fritzbox looked around in the router interface but found nothing.

I've had the problem before. For me it just helped to reinstall the game then everything went perfectly.
